BGB man among 5 hurt as BSF fires rubber bullets in Lalmonirhat

including a member of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), were injured when Indian Border Security Force (BSF) members fired rubber bullets at the Burimari-Changrabandha border in Patgram upazila of Lalmonirhat on Thursday afternoon.
The injured are identified as Burimari BGB camp member Khokon Mia, Md Rashidul Islam,35 Md Aref Hossain, 18, Azizul Islam, 60, and Firoza Begum 65.
Sources said that the agitated locals had gathered around the Burimari-Changrabandha border in the afternoon when they learnt that the BSF personnel were forcibly trying to send an Indian national to Bangladesh. But suddenly BSF fired around six rubber bullets toward Bangladeshis.
